Supportive Care of Orleans offers a continuum of care to meet the varying levels of patients’ needs. We work with an experienced team of professionals, from doctors to spiritual support counselors, to create a personalized care plan for each patient.
Our Core Services
Our transitions program helps individuals recently diagnosed with an advanced illness understand their options for care.
Patients can receive regular nursing visits, as well as visits from our social workers, bereavement counselors, and spiritual support counselors to address patients' wholistic needs.
We offer caregiver support such as respite, and we provide bereavement support services to hospice families and the broader community.
Patients participating in our services have access to many other benefits, such as:
• Music Therapy, Pet Therapy, and Massage Therapy
• Personal care by home health aides
• Spiritual support
Supportive Care of Orleans also cares for our patients’ families and their loved ones by providing:
• Respite care for caregivers
• Counseling for patients and their family members
• 24-hour on call service
