Due to current COVID-19 illness and in accordance with CDC and Department of Health guidance, we are implementing the following visitor policy to protect the health of our patients, visitors, and staff. This policy is subject to change.

 

  • Visitation will be allowed during the hours of, (12noon – 4pm) 7 days per week.
  • Visitation will be limited to, (1) one primary caregiver of each resident, along with (1) designee as determined by the primary caregiver.
  • The primary caregiver or designee may not visit at the same time.
  • Once identified, the designee may not be exchanged for another person.
  • Primary caregiver and designee have a 1-hour time limit each day per visitation.
  • Visitors are required to continue with COVID-19 screening questions, along with temperature checks, and may NOT enter the residence if they have a fever, respiratory related symptoms, or other signs and symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Visitors will be required to wear a medical mask, covering the nose, and always pulled under the chin during each visit.
  • Visitors will be required to visit in patients’ rooms only.
  • Other family members and friends may schedule an appointment time for Zoom or Facetime visits.  Appointments can be made with the Charge Nurse at the Martin-Linsin Residence or with the hospice social work department.
  • No window visits will be allowed at this time.
